To BrianAW....I tried to check on the things you mentioned on your last email. I use High Speed Roadrunner for connection. I have been using AW Version 3.1 for some time with no problems. But, upgrading to 3.5 has caused my templates to disappear. I tried syncing again, only to get the following error message:

Hi Don,
I'm not sure why your synchronization is hanging on the file specified - you might want to try deleting that file from the AuctionWatch temp file and try again. Please try synchronizing before uploading any auctions - you should be prompted to synch when you open the application. If you are not, click the "AuctionSync" button in the lefthand toolbar.
