Last week, Auctionwatch had an error on my eBay auction headers stating that I was selling from the U.S.A. , when in fact I am based in the United Kingdom.
This mistake has been acknowledged by auctionwatch, but now,(quite rightly) several U.S. buyers are complaining at the shipping costs which they had not envisaged, as well as possible customs duty.
Will you at Auctionwatch compensate me as I will have to stand these charges, or lose the sales, or worse, incur negative feedback on eBay.
This is incidentally just another mess up with your system, which includes shipping costs simply not showing up on the WBN,s etc. which invariably result in me losing money.
