When I try to download AMPro, I get this error message "Contents of this file cannot be unpacked. The executable you are attempting to run is incomplete. Please obtain another copy of this file, verify it is the correct size and try again."
I can't get it to even download, let alone get it to try and install and run...help please!

Hi Mamadutch,
Please make sure that you have quit all other running applications in the background, turned off any virus software you may have on your computer, and download AMPro again. If you continue to get the same errors, please let me know.

I'm having the same problem and have downloaded several times with the same results. I closed all programs except systray,explore, and the internet explorer window of course before I began downloading and trying to install. The first three times I sat through the download (dial up=long time) the file was the full 7.xMB then all that would load was a small 87KB file (just an update maybe? assuming I already the full program?) Neither one works the full version gives the error message while unpacking. the smaller file is an .EXE that isnt a program at all. Any help would be appreciated.
