Help!! I have tried everything I can think of, followed every FAQ and help info suggestion related to this, but I cannot get the shipping options to show up in my WBN form (the one the bidder fills out with their address, etc.). The area just says "1. Shipping Options", with nothing there for the bidder to select from!! So, when they try to submit their info, it keeps sending them back to choose a shipping option.
I have my shipping options filled out and selected to be used. What gives???
None of my auctions that I have tried to send WBN's on have been relists. Even in my copy of the winning bidder notification, the shipping options are not showing.
