If a customer contacts me by email and sends address and payment without using AW I can't seem to be able to get their addresses and shipping amounts onto my invoices which I really like using. How can I edit the packing slips and invoices to include correct customer info?

Hi Cathy,
You can fill out the response yourself to include the shipping and address of your winner. From the fulfillment checklist, click on "Edit" for the number 2 PSM box. You can select the appropriate shipping and fill in the address and save your entries. Then when you go to print out the packing slip the information will be there.
