I seem to be having a problem printing my invoices using Post-sale Express. A window pops up that says"Cannot find printer". My printer is working fine. Can someone help me please?

Hi Bibelotts,
It appears that your browser is not yet configured to your printer. Please make sure that your printer is setup with your browser and try to print again. Good luck!

Hi Sarah,
If you go to File and select Print, you should be able to select your printer. If you continue to have trouble, I would recommend that you consult the manual for your printer to see how to set it up with applications on your computer.
