Please dear fellow ebayer's I need your help. Some evil doer sent a worm virus that crashed
my computer. Had to send it to the shop to have it removed and (lesson to all)lost everything. I
used to run Auction watches' AmPro 2.75. I never did update to the latest version. I fear
change! Anyhow,
I have had to download their 3.75 version and when instalation is complete I get a warning "file
failed to self register". What my problem is, autosynch won't work. I have deleted and installed
the program 5 times now using my famous trial and error method. My old pics and preferances
are still there?? I have been emailing their tech support folks for 3 days now with no response.
Ebay is my main means of support and after being down for over a week I need to get rolling
and fast.This problem coincides with some of the best shopping I have ever done in my
life....figures.
If anyone could offer any assistance I would be so greatful. If I don't get this working soon I
would consider using another auction service.

When I press yes to synchronize a batch listing page appears. No images or preferances are loaded.
