Hi,
there is definitely a problem at AW tonight,I am unable to synch and I never have had a problem when there was not a problem at AW.So what is it this time.

Hi tuna1,

Are you still having trouble synchronizing? Please try to synchronize AMPro again and let me know the outcome.

I am having the same problem. I have read all the annoucements and nothing works. I changed some of my preferences earlier today and then sync and it worked. Then I went in and listing auctions in my batch listing. Then tried to sync and got this message:

Synchronization failed - General server error
There is a problem with starting the AuctionSync process.
Please check the Announcements page on the AuctionWatch site.

So I re-booted and tried to sync without my batch listings open and got this:

I have not loaded any new software in weeks and have sync and launched successfully during the last weeks, today is the first time I have encountered these errors. It seems that it can't get past "Start banner synchronization", because it sits there for a long time before the error message finally comes up. Immediate help is appreciated since I am trying to sync to launch auctions that will start in about 3 hours. I've already spent about 2 hours trying to sync to no avail.

Hi Avante and tuna1,

I notice you are both AOL users - this could be related to problems within the AOL network. We are investingating problems reported by other AOL users currently as well.

You might want to contact AOL and inform them of the problem.

We'll post back as soon as we know anything.

I am also an AOL user and am having the same trouble - not being able to autosynch....was working fine last night, but since 8 am central time Nov. 1st it has not been working and is still (5 pm central time) not working. PLEASE let us know what to do and how we can correct this!

When I first opened AMPro and made some changes to preferences and sync it worked fine. That was about 1:30 pm central today. 1-1/2 hours later after setting up some listings in my batch to sync and upload is when it wouldn't work anymore. So through process of elimation I would think it has to do with trying to sync when you have images and listings to upload, because it worked fine before I had listings and images today. I was an AOL user at 1:30 pm central when it worked and an AOL user later when it wouldn't.

Hello -- we are in the process of looking into the synchronization problems affecting AOL customers.

Please try syncronizing one more time, and post back to let us know if you are now able to sync or not. We have implemented a small change on our side that may help improve this for you.

I tried several times on AOL then I read these messages and decided to try on MSN. I am synchronizing as I write this. Thanks!

I'm an AOL user and am getting nowhere tonight for three hours - what can I do? Why did this all the sudden start happening?
