I am an AOL user and had this same problem yesterday (see thread under Synchronization failed from 11/1/01). When I try to autosynch my auction manager pro I get this message:
Synchronization failed - General server error
There is a problem with starting the AuctionSync process.
Please check the Announcements page on the AuctionWatch site.


This is exactly what happened yesterday - then you all did something by contacting AOL or something and I was able to do uploads last night. PLEASE help as I have a lot of things to get uploaded tonight.

Hello,

See if simply restarting your AOL connection/program will correct this.
You should no longer be running into this error.
