I’m still trying to work out this 150% listing size problem. That is my listings and previews are approximately 150% the size of the computer screen. I really hope one of your customer service people can get me over the hump here.
One of your customer service people wrote me that improper HTML could cause this 150% size problem. I pulled all HTML from my inventory items I am working with and the listings still were still oversized. I pulled the photos out and put the HTML back in and the ads were perfectly scaled.
It looks like there is some kind of problem with image sizing or compatibility problem between my computer and your server with respect to image sizes. My images are saved in the uppercase JPG format. I have had no problems with image scale loading directly to ebay from Sellers Assistant Pro. When I upload my images to your serve, they look fine but when I preview or start listings, they are larger than they should be and mess up the proportions of the entire listing. I did select a 3 photo text wrap template for default. Some of the listings I used had only one or 2 photos. I don’t know if that could cause a problem.
In summary there is a problem possible from
1) Compatibility from my computer to your server
2) Settings on my images making them oversized
3) Some setting I need to make on your program I have overlooked
4) Selection of a template that has 3 photo boxes and using only one
5) A template incompatible with ebay.
I would appreciate some suggestions here. If I can’t get over this hump, it’s on to another listing program.
It sounds more like just the 'layout' of the images that is causing this error. Some of the layouts are better for larger monitors, and would cause smaller ones to view them as being about 150%.
The image layout with images all on the bottom, 3 wide, is best for 1024x768 - the same goes for the one with the images across the top.
The image layouts you would want to select from, would be the ones that list the resolution at 800x600 instead. If you go to your eBay site specifics here, you can click to customize the templates.
Try creating a few custom templates to list with in Pro, selecting the image layouts that show as being best viewed at 800x600. When you save a few custom templates here, you can synch in Pro and make them available to select from there as well.

Thanks for the advice. I went into a photo editor program and reduced the size of my photos. The 150% problem went away. It looks like I had photos saved as 640 x 480 and I reduced that a bit and things began to work they way they should. I appreciate the response and the chance to move forward with this program.
