For about a week now the automatic wbn have not gone out on my auctions when someone does a buy it now. I give it a couple of hours but when I see that it doesnt go, I send it manually. Is that something on my end I have done wrong. It used to go out and I have changed nothing.

We have noted some latency in our system with regards to eBay auctions that closed with Buy It Now. You might notice that auctions that closed with Buy It Now either remain in the active column, or "disappear" altogether from your control panel. In both cases, automatic WBNs do not go out when the auction closes.
This is a top-priority issue for our engineering group, which is actively being investigated. We hope to have this resolved shortly, and we do apologize for the inconvenience.

so you are saying if you choose to use Ebay's "Buy it Now" and the customer Buys it instantly - WBN will not go out automatically correct?

Lately there has been more latency than usual which is why this issue is being actively investigated. We will keep you posted on the status of this problem but for now, we would recommend that you check your account on a daily basis and refresh your active list to make sure that you have gotten all the Buy It Nows.
