I tried this over the weekend and wrote then. I am still getting the same message about it being the wrong size package. I only have access to this computer on weekend and some evenings but need to have access to ampro for working on the weekends away from home.

What kind of internet connection do you have? Also let us know how much RAM you have in your laptop.
