My images appear fine with AW but when I try to synch to ampro instead of usual "synchonzing now" and click ok complete....a "New batch #1" appears and no photos downloaded.

Hello,
Try restarting the program and attempting your synch once more. That window with the new batch in it should only appear if you had an actual batch of items open.

I have tried to close the new batch #1, then autosynch. I have tried to exit ampro and re-enter. Nothing I am doing is getting pictures downloaded.
You have images in your online account that you need offline in pro correct?
Have you been using the program up until now, or is this one of the first times you have attempted to use the software? If you have been using it for a while without error, have you reloaded it recently or anything? Perhaps this copy of Pro is not pointing to the correct username?

Thanks Chris......evidently this was a browser problem. Aol told me to upgrade again and it seems to be working now. A few weeks back when I first upgraded my browser pictures were distorted and you told me Aol was sometimes the trouble. They told me to downgrade. I did this and evidently damaged browser or something for I had script errors along with synch messed up. At any rate all is well now, except I haven't listed an auction with these new images. Hope they are not distorted once put on Ebay. Thanks again for your help!
