I am getting really a bit tired of trying to get help here. Please see message in the previous thread since I still can synch - I have rebooted, I am not an AOL user, I tried to synch with no batches open, there are no pics that I know of that are on my computer and not AW.
Now that I have answered all those questions, can someone give me some REAL help?

I don't think there's anyone there on the weekend. Probably not on Monday either since it is Veterans Day.
I too have a DSL connection, and I'll tell you, it times out often, and it is annoying. Some providers have a patch fix for this. I was able to download it at home but not at work where we have a business account and go through a router.
AW Customer service doesn't work on weekends? The weekends are when I upload all my auctions for the coming week, that's not good to have no one available to help paying AW customers with problems. It can shut down a seller until AW wanders across our threads and decides to help.

I have tried everything - I tried to synch immediately with no batches open. I tried to synch with a batch. I previously tried with a small batch, it didn't work either.
Why can't you just go look into the system logs and find out what is the number of the picture blocking me? That's all I want to know!!!!
I am getting desperate - this is costing me so much time and money!
Please answer this question, what picture is causing the problem? That number never appears as you saw in the messages I cut and pasted.

Since this is a large user and should be a valued customer to AW, has anyone considered the courtesy of giving this user a call and walking her/him through the process to solve the problem?
