My templates are not showing correctly. I upgraded computer, do I have a bug? Should I try and re-load?

Hello,

Where are your templates not showing up correctly?

Your active auctions look good, is this only in Pro? If so, try simply reloading the software over the copy you have now and let us know if this problem persists.
