I saw a beautiful description with a bullet list of the features of the item. I tried to make the listing in Word and then paste it into Auction Manager and it didn't work. Anyone know how this is done?

Hi Alwaysteatime,

If you are familiar with HTML you can add in the codes that will produce a bullet list. Unfortunately we are not setup for HTML support at this time, but if you view the following URL you will be able to see how to add a bullet list to your description:
