I started using a different camera - a Sony Mavica which uses a floppy disk. I get the photos into AM Pro from Windows Explorer, but I haven't been able to synch since I started using this camera. Can you tell me what would be wrong? The error message is "Synch failed. Bad response. Problem with images synch. Go to AW & check images. Also I got this error one time - Run-time error 5. Invalid procedure call or argument. Pam

Hi Pam,
Click the details button the next time you synch and let us know what it says. It may be referencing an image that may be too large for Pro to upload even though you already were able to add it offline.
