If you specify in your online preferences that you specify checkout details, when you synchronize in AMPro and click the ebay checkout button you will see where you can alter the shipping information. If your default is that you do not specify checkout details, all you will see is the text box detailing your checkout instructions. You will need to select that you are specifying checkout details -- when you create auctions in AMPro, you can then decide whether you want to use it for each auction you create.
You will not have to enter the same checkout instructions each time, as long as you have them already online and you synchronize AMpro.
