Version 3.75 crashes with no explanation when you load a photo with a name that is already in the uploaded directory.
Anyone else having this problem?
We loaded the photos directly into images from auctionwatch and that is where we found the duplicate name. As I remember the old version told you there was a duplicate...did not just crash the program.

Hi Karen,
Version 3.75 is not different from version 3.5 in the way it handles images. It will pop up a warning when you try to add a duplicate image.
There is indeed a problem with file names - in Windows, you cannot have 2 files with identical names, but different case, such as 'a.jpg' and 'A.jpg'.
If this happened with your images, please remove the duplicate image using the online 'Auction Manager'; delete the 'Images.map' file from the 'data' folder of your AMPro installation; then synchronize.
Let us know if crashes continue to happen after this. Please provide us with more details about the actions which lead to a crash.
