after trying to update to your 3.75 program for what ever reasons you have come up with to try and keep up with ebay, i suppose. i have found a major problem in my computer. when ever i jump on line and pull down from the favorites menu and try and jump to another window or site or whatever the whole system shuts down. i get a impore message, the computer locks up and thats the end of that. the update didnt take cleanly the first time and locked up my computer and i had to shut down the entire computer after waiting about 45 minutes for the system to clear out what ever was going on. upon shut the system down i have found that this problem now exists and has rendered my computer useless. is there anything i can do about this problem or am i going to need to trash the computer. i would certianly hope not.
