I have a buyer that paid using the buy now button, and I recieved notification from billpoint that they paid, but the buyer was still was still sent an automatic WBN telling them to pay. Isn't there a way for bill point to know not to send a pay notification if a buyer has already paid? Or maybe thier is a way to set this up on auctions I do not know about.

Hi Sunfilly,
Billpoint is seperate from AW, so there is no way for it to prevent a WBN from being sent. I checked your preferences and saw you have the auto-WBN preference selected -- if you want you can disable this so you can decide in the future whether or not you want to send out the auto-WBN (or hold off on it should you have another situation like this one). To turn it off, go to Post Sale Management Options in your My Account tab and deselect the auto-WBN option.
