I am new to Auction Watch, and have registered but can not download the program. When I click on download, a picture of a page (?) with a circle comes up with a torn edge with no error code or further instructions given. Please help!!

I am using Internet Explorer 5.5 and have never had a problem downloading any other program. Is there a specific setting I should check? I can see the download page, but when I click on it I see a page with a piece of film with a circle and a torn edge. <br />
I have also changed all my security settings to low.

Hi Lsis418,
I think there is, on your computer, an association between the x extension of the AMPro download kit and some multimedia application.
Please try the following:
- open Windows Explorer
- go to the menu entry "Tools > Folder Options..."
- click on the "File Types" tab
- check for the x extension in the list; if it's there, select it, click "Delete", then OK.
Please let us know if you continue to encounter problems...
