I have AW set to send me a copy of the WBN's. I have not received a copy of the auctions that ended tonight, so I resent them manually and still no WBN's in my email. Now I wonder are my customers even getting them. What's up with no WBN's?
As of 7:30 AM Central I still have not received any copy of the WBN's from last nights auctions. 1 was sent automatically and 1 manually per auction, and I have not received a copy of either one.

What is up with the WBN's??????????

Why am I not getting a response?

The customers last did not get WBN's even though AW shows they were sent. They must be lost somewhere because I didn't receive my copies either. And they are still not showing up from last night at 3:56 PM Central time today.

I have auctions closing tonight. Am I going to have to manually send them through AW?

Or just do it the old fashion way and type my own emails to send?

An answer would greatly be appreciated, since others that have posted problems before me and after me have gotten responses from AW. I expect one as well.
Hi Avante,

We have determined that the problem you have outlined is the result of a difficult to isolate communication issue between our system and eBay's. You might still experience some latency in the Post Sale area. We will continue to monitor this in order to ensure the best possible service level.

In the meantime, you may send your WBNs manually, however please note that this may result in duplicate WBNs being sent to your customers.

Please note, as I mentioned even the manually sent WBN's are not going through. I have not received copies of the manual ones I sent out either. And I have recieved them in the past.

Please keep me updated, as I am uncomfortable with not knowing if they are reaching my customers or not.

I will send a manual email to each auction close so that I know they are being contacted within the 3 days. And I hope that AW gets this problem fixed pronto!

I got one WBN. I expect 14 more. But now I don't expect anything. I want a refund.

Hello avante,

We have been in contact with our engineers regarding this, and they are in the process of investigating situations that may cause this problem. If you could please provide the numbers of the auctions that were affected, it would be very helpful for us in isolating the root of the problem.

Thank you for your assistance, and we apologize for the inconvenience!

Diana

what does this in your reply ealier mean?
sounds like a run around for a very big issue/problem that is ongoing and never getting correct or better - many of us us AW mainly for the wbn to go since we close large quantities of auctions-that is what we pay you for!

your reply:

"We have determined that the problem you have outlined is the result of a difficult to isolate communication issue between our system and eBay's. You might still experience some latency in the Post Sale area. We will continue to monitor this in order to ensure the best possible service level. "

so?

I had to dig back through auctions to find these (what a pain). These did not go through to customer or to myself, even though AW shows automatically sent and I sent 1 manually. I finally gave up and sent a (troublesome) handwritten email.

Ebay auction #1488592163
Ebay auction #1488595141

Hope this helps to resolve the problem.

Hello avante,

Thank you for supplying this information - we will forward the info to engineering. Please note that this is an ongoing issue, and we are having difficulty in determining what the problem is. I don't know when we will be able to track it down, but we appreciate your patience while we continue to investigate.

Thanks,

Diana

Hello stacyp,

If step #1 was highlighted, and you received the carbon copy of the WBN, but your customer did not receive it until the next day, it is quite possible that he was experiencing some network latency or an ISP related problem on his end. Quite often, WBN issues are difficult to track because of this type of problem.
