Hi Balidirect,
You will need to select that option in your Global Preferences page. Make sure that you click on the Save Preferences button at the bottom after you check the appropriate box.

Don't know where to find global preferences. In AMpro on preferences I only get the option to resize the images. Where is the global prefences page to be found?

Hi Balidirect,
Indeed, in AMPro you need to check the global preference named "Resize large images for fast download and crisp appearance".
Online, the preferences are under the "My Account" tab. Please note that they are synchronized with your AMPro preferences, so the choices you made inside AMPro will be automatically copied online.
