I couldn't synch with 3.5 so I downloaded 3.75 last night. Still can't synch or launch!
during synch with viewing "details" it stops at -"downloading file 'themes/ standard/ standard 20/spacer.gif " then a pop up error in a box appears - run time error 52. bad file name or number.
I have gone to preferences and de activated Billpoint and checkout but it didn't help. Can somebody please tell me what the problem is?
history- I haven't used this in over two months. I did take some images out and added some others. I have been launching for the past week off the AW site (so slow, I'm going nuts!).

Hi Skizzi99,
The problem you are having is an Internet communication error (the file named spacer.gif cannot be downloaded). Thus, it has nothing to do with your preferences, there's no need to try to change them.
Please check that:
- you have enough space on disk
- if you are using a proxy, the proxy settings are correct
- if you use any ad filtering program, or any other program filtering Internet traffic, this does not interfere with the download of the spacer.gif file.
