I am sure these issues are all ready in your list of things to do but I thought I would at least ask.
First of all, I think that there needs to be a better way of organizing post sales.
1) When I click on the "Awaiting Feedback" section, the auctions should be listed in order of shipping dates, not auction dates. Since the system knows what day I shipped, it should list the items in that order. That way, I know who should of gotten their item first. If there is a way already to do that, please let me know.
2) Another issue I have is when I go to mark an item paid. The list shows the high bid amount. What about the shipping? I want to see the TOTAL in that section. I always have to go deep into the WBN response to see the total, then back out and mark it paid. Since shipping is different for each item, I can't remember what it should be. While I am on the subject of payments, there needs to be a second and final payment reminder. The first reminder is so nice that it won't work for those who just won't pay. And the system should keep track of how many times, and what date other reminders have been sent.

artfan....Those are wonderful ideas...hope they listen to you....I know I for one would really enjoy using your ideas to simplify my sales.
