HI
Was wondering why all my buyers are including their phone number in auction replies. I can find no way to access what they actually see when they go through my link. Is there something there asking them for a phone number? I would like to change this default if possible. I don't like asking customers for their private phone numbers.

Hi Karen,
The phone number field in the WBN is optional -- the winners do not have to fill that part out if they do not want to. Unfortunately you cannot disable this field, but you can put in your default WBN text that the phone number is optional.
