I have had several customers notify me that when they complete the WBN's choosing paypal as method of payment that they get an error message. So I went through the process on a copy of a WBN where the customer didn't complete it and sure enough there is an error message. When a customer chooses paypal as payment method it takes them to my storefront, when they choose pay now this is what they get:

Error 3019. We have detected an error in the link that you just used. This error is often caused when a link is split between two lines. To function properly the full link must be entered into your browser window. To properly enter the link: 1) Enter the first line in your browser window. 2) Attach the second line in the same browser window. 3) Make sure there are no spaces in the newly formed link.

Can someone look into this and fix this problem? I've had 2 customers that gave up on paying online to opt for snail mail. I prefer to receive online payments so this is really bad on my business.

Hi Avante,

Please check your Global Preferences and make sure you have your Paypal ID stored correctly. If it was entered in wrong, this could be why the link in the WBNs was broken. Let me know the outcome.

I don't see how that can be the problem, since I set that information up back in August (have not changed it) and this error message has been happening just this week.

I tried to go to my account to check my global preferences, but that page will not display. I have tried several times and still no display.

Well I finally got in everything was as it was since the beginning. So why did it suddenly stop working?

I guess by AW's silence they don't know, and by ignoring a users problem maybe it will just go away. Sometimes that backfires AW and the users go away.
