Hi Jerry927,
Please do the following:
1. Before you synch, please verify that you are connected to the internet and that your connection has not timed out.
2. If you are not entering the internet from a proxy server specified in your browser, from your toolbar, select "Edit", "Preferences", then "Connection". Make sure that the "connect using proxy" box is unchecked.
3. If your browser is set to access the internet through a proxy server, please make sure that the Proxy Host/Proxy Port settings within your browser match those within AM Pro.
4. Check your image file names, and make sure that they are saved as jpeg or bitmap images (we highly recommend saving your images as jpegs due to size and compatibility issues.)
5. Check your image file sizes, and make sure that your images do not exceed 40kb apiece. Large image sizes can cause an upload to fail.
6. If you are uploading a large batch, try splitting it up into smaller batches of no more than 10 auctions. If you are having any connectivity problems, a large batch may cause your upload to fail.

There is a problem that is more than the solution that you give. It is in your server please correct it

I'm having the same problem. Been doing every thing the same for 2+ years. Image size is correct, only trying to sync min amount of images ie 6 at a time.

Hi americanbazar & leg,
Are you getting the same error? Click on the Details button on the upload window and see if you can tell where the upload is freezing. Most likely it is an image it is freezing up on, which is what we check after doing the above.

Hi Brian, I am having the exact problem. I put on two batches earlier today and now I am trying to launch a batch with only three listings. I tried swithcing browsers and tried several different connections. No dice.
Please keep us posted.
Best wishes,
Dawn

Hi All,
I still have not heard from the engineers, but they are working on it right now. I will post more information when I receive it. This also seems to be affecting Storefronts.

Very frustrating. Any idea when your engineers will get it fixed?
Thanks,

Wow. Ok, so I know the engineers are working on it. However, I see the problem started at 6:00. When I have a problem the first thing I check is to see if you posted anything on announcements. There wasn't anything there. Then I checked other posts under Auction Watch message center. Nobody seemed to be having the problem and then the post of 19 feedbacks appeared AFTER I posted and thought I was the first one. Why is this? It's somewhat a relief to come here and see there is a problem that is being worked on. Frustrating when nothing comes up when other people are having the same problem.
