I'm also known as justjy--see my earlier post here today--and just followed Sonya's instructions. First I registered with my new ID and elected the Premium Plan variable rate. I downloaded the software and everything was fine. I started a batch with one listing and everything was fine except when I tried to preview my new listing, the text did not show and the images were full size. I saved it, opened it again. No change. So I uploaded the listing for a future launch date. The text showed up onlind but I am only getting the full size image; I find this unacceptable. What happened? How do I fix it?
Also, what about the absence of text in my desktop preview?

Hi originalartworks,
To resize your images automatically you will need to check the corresponding box at the bottom of the Global Preferences page. This box is not currently checked to use this feature. You can check this box, then synchronize with your AMPro. I am not sure why the text was not appearing offline on your computer. Which template were you using?

Thanks for the amazingly fast and helpful response. Images are fine now although I did have to re-enter and upload the one listing after I fixed my preferences.
