Friends, I got 5 things on ebay Tuesday and 5 things on ebay today and now everytime I synchronize, I get run-time error'6' and then I click OK and then get run-time error '0'. MY machine then locks up on me and after several con-alt-del, I can at least get back to my desktop. I have restarted this machine 5 times and I still can't synch or upload an auction. What's going on? Things were OK until about 2 hours ago and now it seems that something is corrupted in my software. I upgraded to ver 3.75 Tuesday BEFORE I listed my 5 items and for the FIRST time, no problems after an upgrade. Usually, everything crashes and I have to delete and reinstall several times before an upgrade works. Silly me, I got to list 10 things over 2 days before having upgrade problems, and now it waits till FLD to let me down. I'm using Windows ME. Any ideas??Thank you and I'll keep trying. PS I haven't done anything to my machine in the meanwhile, It just quit working AM Pro, that is.....

Hi pintac,
This could be due to a corrupted data file. When you try to syncronize, does the runtime error pop up immediately? If not, try clicking the "details" button as you synch so that you can see where the synchronization is halting.
If it pops up before any synchronization takes place, you might need to uninstall and reinstall the program to eliminate this problem.

Diana, Thank you for your prompt response. As soon as I posted my note I started downloading another copy just in case you told me to do so. While waiting for my download to complete, I read alot of other people's messages that answered some of the other questions I've had. Thank you, I guess that from time to time data becomes corrupt and we just have to clean up and start over. Thanx Donna.
