I was completely locked out of AW last night. When I signed in all I got was a Whoa! message. I couldn't read anything on the message board, all my auctions were stuck in processing, and most importantly I missed out on about 60 free listings last night, plus the money lost from everything ending on Christmas night. I hope that AW will do the right thing and issue credit to cover my listing fees from ebay. This is absolutely insane! If AW doesn't issue credit for the ebay fees, I will go elsewhere to do my listings.

and on top of it all, in another AW thread, I read that AW would definately be launching auctions last night, then on another, they cancelled the listings at 11:30. What gives??? I pay to have professional service, and this is the BS that I get.

I agree with you on "Paying for a Professional Service" I had 111 items set to be posted and all were returned with an error. I tried re-submitting a couple of them thim morning and they went with no problem. I guess we are paying for something that we can't have when we really can benefit from it. This is the first time I have had any problems with AW but this one cost me money and that does not make me happy.

I guess you didn't read the warning not to post auctions at the last minute. Everytime Ebay does a free listing day they can't keep up with the inflow of listings. I had no problems listing them early.
