I have a problem with auctions that are ending with buy it now from yesterdays listings. I listed about 800 auctions yesterday and some of them have end with buy it nows, the problem is none of them are showing up in my closed auctions. they are all being tracked but when they end they dissapear and no WBN is being sent. Please advise what will be done about this as I am paying $30-$50 per month for your service and I have had nothing but headaches.
Are you sure they dissapear, or perhaps they are stuck in your active section? Try refreshing your active listings to see if they are still listed there, if so that should drop them into closed where the WBN can be sent out.
