I have auction manager PRO and am unable to edit my ebay auctions after I have launched them.

Another user suggested waiting a couple of minutes before submitting but that does not work either.

And even if I do get that to work it seems I need to edit almost every auction because Auction Manager Pro does not provide a way for my buyers to use the billpoint checkout system...

any suggestions?

Hello,

When did this seem to start? Had you been able to edit up till now, and suddenly you are seeing this issue?

No, I have never been able to edit auctions after I posted them with Auction Manager Pro.

Its a real pain in the arse to tell the truth.

Especially when what I want to edit is very simple (either an address or duration of the auction)

Hello,

The users that have been effected by this ongoing issue have reported back being able to work around it by simply waiting a full minute before choosing to verify the changes.

Unfortunately, there has been no further progress on this issue. Initially eBay did recognize it as an error on their end, but have since passed that along to 3rd party clients listing to them and offer switching to their own products as the only solution.

If you have one available, some users report being able to edit within the Opera browser - but few people actually use this browser and have it available to even test with.

Christopher - what exactly do you mean by: "few people actually use this browser and have it available to even test with"?

Anyone can download it >for free< from www.opera.com.

If you check their FAQ, you'll see that "Opera 5.0 for Windows was 'set free' in December of 2000, and during the first month 2 million users downloaded the browser. Today, Opera in considered to be the third largest browser after Internet Explorer and Netscape."

Snag - send me an e-mail and I'll walk you through the whole process ([email protected]).

kahml,

What I meant by that is the 9.5 out of 10 users I make the suggestion to do not have this browser on their system.

Not to say they cannot easily download it, and not to say it is not used by many on the whole, but only to say that most users I have brought this up as a suggestion to have either not heard of it or did not have it on they machine to test this workaround with.

I personal use the waiting method. Which I learned from someone here.

You revise your auction, scroll down WAIT 2 minutes, click continue. Scroll down WAIT 2 minutes, click submit. The only time it does not work is if you wait less than 2 minutes!
