Help,, I downloaded AW Pro, and everytime I go through the Wizard, it says "unable to contact auction watch servers please make sure you are connected to the internet." Well hello,,,yes I am on the internet....What I am doing wrong?

HI, I use McAffee Virus protection software. I tried turning it off and still it would not work. Any more suggestions?

myzenhost - you don't have a link to download this software while your logged into this account because it was designed for a different platform. If you found a link for it elsewhere online you will unfortunately need to delete it, as it's an older software program not built to support your account at this time.

What do I have to do to get the one that is for me? Your website is too slow and I need something like this to work on the thousands of items that I need to manage.

We'd be happy to help you troubleshoot any speed issues your having with the website. There are no offline listing tools available for your platform, but there are always things you can do to help increase the speed of the website.
The first thing I would try is switching to the Google Chrome browser. Internet Explorer works very well, but when speed is the first concern - it's usually the quickest one of the options.
