My computer recently crashed, but I was able to copy many files (including the AMPro files & batches)to CD's before reformatting the hard drive. However, now that I've gotten everything back to "near normal", I've found that I cannot pull up the batches that I've created over the past year. I get an error message that says: "Error loading C:\Program Files\AuctionWatch\Batches\'file name'". I discovered that the pictures that are to be included in each batch had a "read only" file attribute; however, I corrected this problem. Is there any way to pull up these batches once again?

Hi there,
I wish I could assist you with this, but unfortunately I don't know what could be wrong (hopfully not some sort of data corruption!) I will escalate this to our engineers, however, in hopes that they will be able to provide a more expert analysis of the problem.
I will get back to you as soon as I hear back from them. Hope you have a Happy New Year!

Hi -- per engineering, it does indeed sound like there may be some corrupted data in your batch. Please try emailing one of the batches to [email protected] along with a link to this thread, and we'll take a look.
