Your "scheduled" down time went way past "schedule." Here I sit on the East coast after a busy Thursday night of sales and my customers "wonder" why the WBN form comes up "unavailable". Do I look like a fool, again? Yes.
If you think your price increase is warranted with respect to your unreliable performance I think you are mistaken. You've left me high and dry one time to many, and as of March you've priced yourself out of the competitive market.

Frankly I tend to agree. I just convinced my supervisor that AW was the way to go last week. In the last week I have experienced more problems than I have on Ebay, UBid and Yahoo combined. When my supervisor saw the lack of reliability, he asked me what exactly WERE we paying for when it is still simpler to do all our listing manually. I couldn't answer him... 3 weeks left... At the end of the month, if AW doesn't prove efficient, I guess we will be gone.
