Check your online settings once more, and if they are setup correctly synch again in Pro.
Afterward, restart the program and see if it now lists your correct location.

I am in trouble. I checked again my setting on line at Auction Manager to make sure I have changed my city and region with ebay and synced again with AMpro and shut the computer off and back on again and I just listed another auction and the city is still my old city of Indianapolis and I have to manually revise it. I simply can not pour out my auctions after a year end break as manual revision will kill me. Do you have any clue? I chagned many other info including "global preferences" and it synced well except ebay's info which I changed location only. It seems there is a problem to sync ebay's site default info. Please help, I am dead! This location information is extremely important to me as I will collect sales tax! Recently I had several problems with AMpro, failure to lauch around Thanksgiving, failure to lauch on ebay's free listing day and I hope this is the last thing I need to bother you. Thank you.
In Pro, go to 'edit+profile manager' and click to edit your default profile.
On the eBay tab, next to where it says 'item location' are you sure it lists your new location here?
If not, click on the 'manage' link just next to it and update your address once more making sure you click to save the change when finished.
