WHEN I TRY TO CREATE A NEW PROFILE IN AUCTION MANAGER PRO 3.75 A WINDOW COMES UP STATING "THIS PROGRAM HAS PERFORMED AN ILLEGAL OPERATION AND WILL BE SHUT DOWN". AT THAT TIME AUCTION MANAGER IS SHUT DOWN AND I NEED TO RESTART IT. I HAVE CREATED NEW PROFILES BEFORE AND NEVER HAD THIS HAPPEN BEFORE. ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECEIATED.
If you have other programs open at the same time, try quitting them and running just AMPro. If you still get the illegal operation error, you are going to need to uninstall/reinstall AMPro. Let me know if you need instructions on how to do this if the above workaround does not help.
