Your account appears to already be setup on the Classic version, the express was basically the same except instead of going to a link to checkout it sent HTML embedded into the email to gather the data.
I still need an answer to the question, though. There are two WBN's, one entitled Welcome letter (unless that is something different.) Which do I edit for WBN? 1st or 2d?

The email message and the Welcome message are parts of the Classic WBN. The email message is what gets sent to the buyer, informing them they are the winner of your auction. It will contain a link to the WBN -- when they click the link, they'll see the Welcome message, which tells them to fill out the WBN form below.
If you would like to preview the WBN for an active auction, click the Active link on the lefthand side, select the auction and click the Set WBN button. From there select the auction again, click on Edit WBN, scroll down to the bottom and click on the Preview button.
