I check an unsuccessful auction for a relist. It goes to the queue marked relist. I edit it and then set a future time and launch. Two questions:
1) Even though I have relisted within the 30 days, if I choose a launch time beyond the thirty days, is it still considered a relist?
2) I launch it and it sits in pending awaiting its time. I change my mind about something, say title. I end the scheduled time, reedit and send back to pending with a new launch time. Is this still a relist or did I mess it up by double editing confusing Ebay's computer?

Hi Forceten32,
Insertion fees refund for relisted items policy must follow eBay policy. Afterall, they will refund you. Here are the answers:
1) eBay refunds lising fees for relisted items that sell if the item is listed (i.e. active in your AW control panel) within 30 days. This means that an item scheduled to launch beyond this limit will not be considered eligible for insertion fee refund.
2) Yes, the item will be considered a relist, if also (1) applies. AW will send to eBay all the modifications as revisions to the original item to be relisted.
