I find mywelf frequently repeating steps in AMP which seem like they could be taken care of with a few added options.
1. Why can't you make it so new batches default to the auction site of your choice? I ONLY post on eBay. If I could set up AMP to default to this, it would be very convenient.
2. AMP is set up to always assume I want to start a new batch every time I open the program. Many times this is not the case. Let us choose how it opens.
3. Could we have the option of putting shipping options and shipping charges in our profiles that we set up? I have several profiles which I apply as needed but I still have to go in and change the shipping options and fees after applying each profile.
4. When you apply a profile then close the batch but go back in later to edit an item in this batch: I notice the profile shows as "default" rather than the profile which was applied before saving the batch item. Why doesn't the box show the applied profile instead?

I will pass your suggestions to product development for you. Regarding your 4th inquiry, even though it reverts back to saying Default profile, if you look on your site specifics you should see that the preferences from the applied profile will show.

I agree that since most users auction on eBay, that it should be the default, instead of always having to select it. That would help a lot!
On shipping options (AmPro 3.75), it should be more flexible so we may separate shipping and insurance. Also, not having to fill out all 3 fields with the same information would be good, as well.
