Hi,

My problem is similar to the posting "AW Pro full names & titles can't be read" on 1/2/02. You do not show a resolution to this problem for gilhart21, please RESOLVE!

The characters in the "ebay site information tab" in the new batch listing window are "compressed" vertically, ie - Buy it now, highlight, etc. options are only partially visible as they are compressed.

I am using AM Pro 3.75, build 0904. Windows XP Pro, screen resolution 1400 x 1050. I have tried changing to higher and lower resolution and still the same problem.

Hi Worldwidesales1,

Do you have the Create Listing window in AMPro maximized, or minimized? I am unable to replicate this on my end, even on different screen resolutions.

If you mean the "new listing" button off of the "new batch" window, No, it does not allow me to "maximize" the window. Their is a "-" and a "x" button, but the "box" or "maximize" button is greyed out.

I have used AM Pro to list many auctions and have not seen this bug before. Any other ideas? Maybe you can refer to the resolution by the tech that solved this similar problem as I stated.

Hi Worldwidesales1,

Did this just start for you, or has it always been happening since you started using XP or downloaded 3.75?

This error resolved itself by rebooting, don't ask how!

Thanks, I'll let you know if the problem reoccurs.
