So, if I re-upload autions that I had already uploaded earlier from AMPro (without sync errors), will I end up with double listings?
Check the pending section of your Auction Manager, if your items from before are there in error you can simply upload again and delete those from the pending section. Otherwise, you can just select and relist those items directly from the pending section of the Auction Manager.
If you do not see your items in pending, check your sellers list at eBay and verify those did not launch once more before you go and resubmit.
