I have been using Auction Watch for image hosting and launching and tracking my auctions for a couple years, but have not used the Post Sale Express because my own home-grown system seems to work pretty well. I like the personal touch that my system gives and fear that the Express will look too generic, and I hear that customers sometimes miss the WBNs because of the format.
Even so, every now and then I wonder if the Express has any real advantages worth making the change.
I sell antiques, about 35 unique items per week.
Any advise from someone who has experience with Express would be appreciated.

I can't believe nobody has responded to such a nice request. So I will. I use a sheet with columns, so I can check off with the dollar amounts and the dates and names, etc. But I also use PSM, and encourage you to do it.
I don't use the WBN, too impersonal, but when they respond, I fill in the address, etc., then I can print it out for a nice label. The bottom half is put inside the box and marked paid and thanks. I use it for when I ship and to do feedbacks, and to mark when feedbacks are received. It is great for sending an email, which you can personalize, to let them know the item shipped that day.
INVENTORY: If not using for that, you really should, because you can move each item into a monthly sold folder, then print that out at the end of the month for yourself.
