I'm having the same problem with the new version I had with the last. The shipping preferences will not take a default. Each time I go to use AWPro I must remove the First Class option again. Every other preference has always worked properly and does not bump back to the originally programmed preferences.
I still cannot add words i.e. "for the first pound" on heavy items that need a zip code. We don't need a whole program, just the ability to add a few words disclaiming the basic 1 pound fee. Either that or allow the WBN letter to be sent without shipping so they have to email for shipping. I've had as many as 42 packages at one time with incorrect shipping sent because of the form overriding what my auction terms explain. Very time consuming. I could be listing!

Hi Larrkpoodle,
If you set your shipping preferences online as to what you want them to be, open up AMPro and synchronize right away to get those preferences to apply.

REPLY TO laarkpoodle:
Christopher with AW explained it to me, and it finally works! You can't make the change in regular AW, you must change it in AMPro. Open that up, and choose "preferences" on the left margin. Then change shipping preference. If you use "choose one", it will leave it blank, so it's not putting in what you don't want. At least that may help on the first part of your question.
Good Luck!

Right, that is the one that is not working as I explained. No amount of synching or anything else will make it stay off.
