The primary thing that attracted me to using this product was the automatic emailing of the WBN after an auction closes. I was very happy to see that you added the ability to support multiple auction winners!
However, my customers are receiving individual WBN's for each item they won, and it isn't until I manually combine them that they can process the checkout correctly.
Why can't it combine them automatically and send the correct WBN in the first place? By the time I combine the auctions and re-send a new WBN many of my prompt buyers who complete the checkout directly after the auction is completed have already replied to the individual WBN's and it creates a lot of confusion when they receive an additional combined on later.
Am I doing something wrong?
Also, I turned on the shipping discount and the optional insurance feature and added a couple test auctions that I won and ended early. Nowhere in the checkout process did it give me the option to discount shipping. This was after I combine the auctions and used the new WBN. What's up?
I checked your test combo-psm listings and the details do indicate that a $1.50 discount was given to the shipping amount, and that $1.50 was added for insurance.
This is how you have your checkout options setup, and it does appear to have carried over into the WBN.
It is true that the combine WBN tool is not automatic at this time. You may want to consider adding some text to your default WBN indicating that in the case that more than one item is won, they may receive individual WBN's for each, but to wait and you will send out a total for them to pay for it all at once.
One more thing I wanted to add was that you do not have to send the WBN out with the combined shipping within.
We will automatically have the shopping cart with all of that buyers auctions within the checkout process when they click on the link within any of the notices. This way, the buyer will end up submitting payment and combining their items even when you have not sent out a specific WBN for doing so.

Okay, but what I am saying is that it did not combine it. I clicked the checkout in the WBN I received and got only got the item the WBN was for listed in the checkout.
I cancelled out, and went back to my post sale options and cobined the two orders and clicked the new link in the WBN, both items were listed each having a shipping choice (which was full price for each). I had two items end at $2.00 each and my standard shipping option ($2.00 for each item) was applied to each, my total in the checkout was $8.00 and there was no mention of a discount, nor was it applied automatically.
This does not seem to match in any way with what you have just told me.

Nevermind, I misunderstood what you said. My optional insurance happened to be the same amount as my shipping discount and the total ended up being the same anyways. I get it now.
That brings up a second point then... It seems to me that in the shipping selection it should be made much more clear that they are receiving a discount. It seems that it would be easy to make the same mistake that I just made considering in the drop down shipping selection on each item it had the full amount of shipping listed on each item they won. This make it appear that I have selected to pay $2.00 on each item.
It would seem more logical that the first item have the full price listed and the following items would have a "Combined shipping" option that shows that actual discounted amount you are paying for that additional item.
