Please, Help I cannot Sync. Last night we canged our user name on ebay and we also attempted to change this here. Yet it still shows my old ebay name. I have alot to upload hopefully today. Please Help. Judy261 old name, New is Mrsjamestown. Thanks Judy
Go to your My Account tab to eBay Site Specifics, and click on the Save Preferences link. You do not need to change anything, just save what is there. Since your ID was changed this should allow you to synchronize in AMpro. Let me know if you still have trouble.
