Hello.
I addressed a issue to Ebay the other day from their site. When I corresponded with a reply from my outlook express, they refused to acknowledge me because my email address is registered under another name. This other email name change occurred a few months ago, remember when you asked us to change it to benefit quicker WBN to buy it now buyers? Buyers have questioned also when getting ready to pay with paypal. Although I can register with paypal these 2 email addresses. Now that you are 99% updated in post management do I still need to continue using this account email address that ends in mailstep.com.
Ebay just gave me a note full that it is timely and costly to recieve emails from unregistered users. I have been registered with them as a power seller for 4 yrs NOW. So help me out, please.

Hi Doris,
Using MailRelay helps to speed up the process of sending your automatic WBNs. It is up to you if you would like to use it or not. I am a little confused on what originally happened -- you have two eBay accounts and you wrote from one email that is under the other account that you weren't asking about?
