Is there a way to add customers manually to the customer lists?

Also, it would be nice if we could add a coupon code to the checkout for returning customers that would give them free shipping, or a percent off the total.

Hello,

You can manually add an email address to your customer list via your storefront.
Thanks for the coupon suggestion, we will be sure to pass it along for further review.
